Subject matter
These General Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations relating to the purchase of goods and services on the website www.seronashop.com.
Persons
The website's customers must be 18 years of age and are natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, professional or artisanal activity they may carry out.
Registration and personal page
The customer guarantees that the personal data provided during registration on the website is true.
The customer is obliged to report any changes to the data immediately and to check the correct functioning of the email address provided during registration. The access data for the personal page of the website is personal and cannot be passed on to third parties.
Conclusion of the contract
By sending the order electronically, the customer makes an irrevocable proposal to purchase the products selected in the shopping cart, with an express request for execution even without prior acceptance.
The seller has the right to accept or reject the offer or to accept it partially in terms of the quantity indicated, by communicating this within 30 days from the date of sending the order, also via the e-mail provided during registration.
Availability and products
The availability of the products is generally indicated on the site and updated as frequently as possible. This frequency is considered by the parties to be sufficient to ensure reliable information, but cannot exclude the possibility that a product indicated as available at the time of the online order may in fact not be associated with the order.
Information leading to the conclusion of the contract
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003, we inform the customer that, in order to submit the purchase proposal, the customer must follow the procedure of the shopping cart in German, which - before the actual transmission of the order form - allows the identification and correction of any errors in the data entry.
After sending the purchase offer, the Supplier, immediately after accepting the offer, sends the General Conditions of Sale by e-mail, the ‘Confirmation of Order Registration’ (with a summary of the information regarding the characteristics of the purchased product, the detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the delivery costs and any additional costs, as well as, if the consumer is a consumer, the information on the right of withdrawal.
Prices and payment
The prices published on the website are in CHF and include VAT (except for resellers).
Payment for purchased products can be made using the payment methods described on the website and in particular in the shopping cart process. The types of credit cards accepted by the supplier are specifically indicated on the payment method page. In the event of withdrawal or termination of the contract for any reason that results in a chargeback of the amount paid by credit card, the supplier will ask the credit card issuer to release the amount. The release times depend solely on the credit card issuer.
Costs and delivery times
The purchased product will be delivered to the customer exclusively on Swiss territory (unless otherwise agreed in writing) to the ground floor of the property at the address provided at the time of purchase, using a carrier chosen from those indicated on the website. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and that the quantity and quality correspond to the information in the accompanying document and in the ‘Order Confirmation’ email. If any anomalies are found, the customer must report them on the copy of the transport document deemed valid by the carrier and confirm them within 14 days of receipt of the goods by registered letter with return receipt or PEC.
Right of withdrawal
The CUSTOMER, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for the product within 5 working days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without penalty, unless an adjustment of any amount has been made. Saturday is considered a holiday. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, it is extended to the first working day thereafter. The CUSTOMER who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal shall notify the supplier by means of an explicit declaration, which may be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. In the event of the right of withdrawal being exercised, the CUSTOMER shall return the goods within 5 days of the date on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The goods must be returned to Serona GmbH, Eibenweg 6, 5620 Bremgarten. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and additional equipment). Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above provisions, the supplier will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal in accordance with the law. The costs of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer, while the refund shall include the delivery costs. The refund shall be made by means of the procedure for cancelling the transaction, using the same means of payment chosen by the Customer at the time of the order.

Any complaint must be addressed to Serona GmbH or via the Website by accessing the ‘Customer Care’ section.
Applicable law
The purchase contract concluded on the website is subject to Swiss law. However, in the event that the customer acts as a ‘consumer’, the court of the place where the customer lives or has chosen to reside is responsible.
