Shipping policy

The purchased product will be delivered to the customer exclusively on Swiss territory (unless otherwise agreed in writing) to the ground floor of the property at the address provided at the time of purchase, using a carrier chosen from those indicated on the website. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and that the quantity and quality correspond to the information in the accompanying document and in the ‘Order Confirmation’ email. If any anomalies are detected, the customer must report them on the copy of the transport document deemed valid by the carrier and confirm them by registered letter with return receipt or PEC within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
