Right of withdrawal
The CUSTOMER, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the product purchase contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within five working days of receipt of the product, unless it has been personalised. Saturdays are considered public holidays. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, it is extended to the first working day thereafter. The CUSTOMER who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal shall communicate this to the supplier by means of an explicit declaration, which may be sent by registered letter with advice of receipt. In the event of the right of withdrawal being exercised, the CUSTOMER shall return the goods within 5 days of the date on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The goods must be returned to Serona GmbH, Eibenweg 6, 5620 Bremgarten. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and additional equipment). Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the supplier will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal in accordance with the law. The costs of returning the product are to be borne by the customer, while the refund will include the delivery costs. The refund will be made through the transaction cancellation procedure, using the same means of payment chosen by the customer at the time of the order.
